About PDF to Excel
Turn PDF reports, statements and price lists into an editable Excel workbook. Columns are detected from text positions, numeric values in formats like 1 234,56 or 1,234.56 are converted to real numbers so you can sum and filter immediately, and each page lands on its own worksheet.

Frequently asked questions
Are numbers converted to real numbers?
Yes. Amounts such as 1,234.56, 1 234,56 and -45.00 become numeric cells, so formulas work straight away.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
Scans have no text layer. Run OCR first, or use Invoice to Excel for invoices, which applies OCR automatically.
How are my documents protected?
Files are processed in an isolated queue, never shared, and deleted automatically. Financial documents are never used for training or analytics.
